Science Week
Science Week is an initiative which aims to share experiences on the subject of science in order to make people more aware of what is involved in the world of research and innovation. It involves various events taking place all around Catalonia: courses, conferences, exhibitions and workshops, etc. The activities have been organized by over one hundred institutions belonging to the Catalan System of Research and Innovation, which work together to promote scientific innovation. Science Week is especially aimed at young people with the idea of stimulating and encouraging their scientific vocation. The fourth edition of School Science Day, an initiative that, as well as making pupils aware of the scientific world of universities, is presenting this year a competition of science websites.
