Exhibition: "Physics and Music"

Physics and music are two closely linked disciplines, a fact demonstrated in this exhibition at CosmoCaixa Barcelona, which explains physical concepts such as the length of a sound wave, the volume, the frequency, rhythm or resonance. Visitors can also understand the meaning of sound, how it is made, how instruments work and the articulation of the voice. A "Sound and Acoustics" workshop is planned for school groups and guided organised visits. There is also a conference series under the title "Music and Science" which enters further into the explanations of the concepts examined in the exhibition. Ticket 3 euros, with a reduced entry fee of 2 euros.
