'Catalunya Exterior' at the Online Observatory Congress for the Cyber Society
Catalans abroad will have a good opportunity to discuss how information technologies can help them to spread awareness of Catalonia in their countries of residence and how they can improve the running of the Catalan Communities Abroad (CCA). They can enrol for the Third Online Congress of the Observatory for the Cyber Society that will be held from 20th November to 3rd December 2006, with the participation of the CCA Area of the Generalitat . This Congress is an online forum in which people all over the world can exchange their thoughts and experiences on various issues.
