- Budget
The Statute of autonomy of Catalonia establishes that the drawing up and application of the Generalitat budget corresponds to the Government of Catalonia, and the examination, amendment, approval and control of the budget to the Parliament. The budget is unique and must include the totality of the expenses and income of the Generalitat and of the bodies, institutions and companies that depend on it. - Civil
Service
The civil service are composed of the group of persons working for the Administration by means of a special professional relationship on account of the public service they carry out. The persons who make up the civil service are the main agents in the management and development of the Administration's public service. The Generalitat's civil service are constituted by the personnel at the service of the Generalitat's Administration, its departments, autonomous administrative bodies, Social Security administrative entities and autonomous entities of a commercial, industrial and financial nature. - Salaries
