The application gencat Trànsit allows for the visualization of images of the traffic cameras by making two kinds of consultation:

• By the name of the roadways (C-31, AP7...)
• By regions (Vallès Occidental, Maresme, Barcelonès...)

In this manner, if you wish to verify the state of the traffic in Llagosta, you can select the C-33 road and search for the camera located at the level of this municipality or consult with the cameras located in the region of Vallès Oriental.
Both options are located in the main menu, which also includes the option My searches, where the cameras that you have visualized previously are saved in order to be able to consult them again directly.
Once the request has been made, you will receive a photograph on your mobile (17 KB) that will show you the traffic situation at the present time at the kilometric point indicated. If you access the option menu of your mobile, you will be able to update the image (the photograph will be downloaded again) or otherwise access the indicators that will allow you to move around within the image (2: up; 8: down; 4: left; 6: right).

*Attention! Should you have any problems to visualize the images, it is possible that you may not have the WAP profile or Internet profile of your mobile telephone correctly configured. You may consult how to configure it in this link.


If you select the option Road incidences of the application gencat Trànsit, you will obtain a list of the incidents recorded on the main Catalan roadways. You may also consult those that affect specific demarcations, regions or roads.

You can also send an SMS text message to 5012 with the word transit followed by the name of the road or of the province (Catalan or of the rest of the Spanish State) for which you wish to obtain information (for example, transit AP-7, transit C-31, transit Barcelona, transit Madrid...). The system will respond with another SMS text message informing of the incidents currently to be highlighted in the road or province that may have been indicated and will list aspects such as the municipal term, the kilometric point, the seriousness, the cause, etc.
