The contents which form part of the website www.gencat.cat -text, images, sound and any other material- are the exclusive property of the Generalitat of Catalonia, of a body linked to it or of third parties who have authorised its use to the Generalitat of Catalonia.

All these contents are considered protected work in conformance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April through which the revised text of the Law on Intellectual Property is approved, with the international treaties signed on this subject being of equal application.
